According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, natural gas futures in May were trading at USD2.12 per million British thermal units at time of writing, up 0.52%.

It was previously trading at a session high of USD2.13 per MMBtu. Natural Gas may find support at USD1.944 and resistance at USD2.190.

Dollar Index Contracts, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.25% to trade at USD102.08.

Meanwhile on Nymex, Crude Oil for the month of May rose 0.16% to trade at USD74.49 a barrel while Heating Oil for the month of May rose 0.44% to trade at USD2.58 per gallon.
